Deactivate DP260 or Go3 token

Disable your token (DP260 or Go3) when it is lost or damaged to prevent unauthorized access.

To deactivate a token:

  1. In the Token section, click Deactivate. The system displays additional fields.
  1. Select a for token deactivation.
    Lost indicates that you lost the token
    Damaged indicates that you damaged the token
  1. Click Save. On successful deactivation, the system displays the Profile page along with a message that it deactivated your token successfully.
