Hide or show personal information

If you are concerned about people around you observing the entry of your user name, account number, and multifactor authentication answers; then on certain pages you can choose to hide this information.

Hide personal information:

• In the protected field, click Hide. When you click Hide in a protected field, the system replaces the Hide button with a Show button, and while you type information, Business Online displays the masked characters, rather than the text you type.

Display personal information:

• In the protected field, click SHOW. When you click SHOW in a protected field, the system replaces the SHOW button with a HIDE button, and while you type information, Business Online displays the text you type, rather than the masked characters.

Note:

Masking characters are display-only; the text you type is the text that the system submits when you click Log in.
