Lost or damaged token
In the event that you lose or damage your security token, you must provide relevant personal information along with the answer to your security question that we stored in your user profile to access Business Online.
Report a lost or damaged DP260 or Go3 security token
Report a lost or damaged device that contains the soft token app
To report a lost or damaged DP260 or Go3 security token:
- On the Log in page, click the Token lost or damaged hyperlink. The system displays the Verify your identity page.
- Verify your Identity and then continue to step 3.

On the Deactivate token page, select a
reason for security token deactivation.
Lost indicates that you lost the token Damaged indicates that you damaged the token
- Click Save. On successful deactivation, the system displays the Log in page along with a message that it deactivated your token successfully.
Note:
You cannot deactivate the security token if:
- Your current security token status is "Order pending."
- Your current security token status is "Awaiting activation."
- Your current security token status is "Disabled."
After the system deactivates your token, you receive an email notification to the email address registered in your profile confirming the deactivation.
To report a lost or damaged device that contains the soft token app:
- On the Log in page, click the Token lost or damaged hyperlink. The system displays the Verify your identity page.
- Verify your Identity and then continue to step 3.
- On the Deactivate token page, click Deactivate token. On successful deactivation, the system displays the Log in page along with a message that it deactivated your token successfully.
After the system deactivates your soft token app, you receive an email notification to the email address registered in your profile confirming the deactivation.
