Add Device

To activate a token app on another device:

  1. Click Add Device. The system displays the Profile page.
  1. Verify your identity and continue to step 3.
  1. Click Begin Activation. The system displays an image along with the Device code and Device nickname field.
  2. Scan the image using your device to receive the device code.
  3. In the Device code field, type the device code (maximum 27 characters) that you received on your device.
  4. In the Device nickname field, type the device nickname (maximum 40 characters) that you want to create. The system uses this name to identity your device.
  5. Click Continue. The system displays a different image along with the One-time password field.

Important:

At this stage, if you cancel the token app activation process, you need to restart the token app activation process on that device.

  1. Scan the image using your device to receive the one-time password.
  1. In the One-time password field, type the one-time password (maximum eight characters) and click Complete Activation. On successful activation, the system displays a success message and adds the token to the token list.

Note:

The token list displays all the devices on which you have activated tokens. You can access the list of all the devices on which you have activated token apps by expanding the View option that the system displays on the Profile page.

  1. Optional: Click the X icon to remove the message that the system displays when it activates the token successfully.
