Device list

You can activate a soft token on multiple devices. Expand the View option to review the list of all the devices on which you have activated the soft tokens.

Note:

• The system displays a message that there are no active devices, if you did not activate the soft token app.
• You can activate tokens on up to 99 devices. After reaching the device limit, you must remove all the devices from the device list before activating the token app on a device.

When you expand the View option, the system displays the following functionality:

Add device

Use to activate a soft token on another device.

Enable token

Use to enable the soft token that you disabled using the Lost or Damaged Token hyperlink on the Log in page.

Edit

Use to edit the device nickname The system uses the device nickname to identify your device. You established the device nickname when activating the token app..

Delete

Use to delete the soft token details on a device.
